We are looking for a skilled and friendly Hotel Receptionist (m/w/d) to join our team at the Altstadt Hotel BräuWirt in Weiden. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and checking-in guests, handling room assignments and key cards
  • Managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Processing payments and handling cash transactions
  • Collaborating with the front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences
