Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Product Support Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Kunden Diehl Aerospace GmbH am Standort Frankfurt. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie für die Betreuung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden verantwortlich sein.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Betreuung von Kunden und Übernahme von Aufgaben als Workpackage Manager (m/w/d)
  • Übernahme von technischen Support- und Service-Aufgaben
  • Erarbeitung und Koordination von Support-Service-Konzepten und Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Pflege von Reparaturdateien, Dokumentation und deren Auswertung
  • Erstellung von Ausfallstatistiken und Ableitung von Abhilfemaßnahmen
  • Verantwortlich für Projekt-/Programmleitung nach dem Ende der Serienfertigung
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik/ Elektronik
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Service und der Dokumentation
  • SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, systematische, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Neugier, Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationskompetenzen
