As a Senior ERP Consultant at much. GmbH, you will lead complex projects involving the implementation and ongoing development of ERP solutions in the field of Manufacturing. You will work closely with our driven and ambitious team of problem solvers to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take on an expert role for complex ERP solutions and processes in Manufacturing
  • Conduct and manage large-scale ERP implementation projects based on Odoo
  • Provide consistent support to our customers as their initial point of contact throughout projects
  • Lead and mentor Junior Consultants to foster their professional growth and development
  • Shape and improve internal business processes for an entire business unit
  • Steer the development of software customizations and internal products
  • Lead workshops, pitches, and change management initiatives for our customers
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of work experience with 2 years as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant or IT Consultant
  • Experience with business IT and processes in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Manufacturing and Production
  • Higher education in a business or IT-related field
  • Hands-on experience in leadership and mentoring
  • Fast comprehension skills, analytical way of working & high commitment
  • Passion for challenging projects and smart solutions
  • English & German language fluency of C1 is required
