About the Role
  • Lead large-scale ERP implementation projects based on Odoo, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our ambitious team of problem solvers to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their projects.
  • Mentor and lead our junior consultants, fostering their growth and development within the company.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal business processes, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in the ERP industry.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in business IT and processes, with a strong understanding of SaaS and service industry requirements.
  • Higher education in a business or IT-related field, with a focus on ERP systems and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing and guiding junior team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Fluency in English and German, with a strong understanding of business terminology and concepts.
