About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As a Senior Technical Project Manager - Custom Solutions, you will play a critical role in transforming our insurance vertical by managing and executing high-impact, white-label products for our biggest clients.

You will act as the bridge between Product and Insurance, leading customisation projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless workflows and strategic alignment across teams. With a unique blend of hands-on project management and mentorship, you will set the standard for excellence, driving exceptional outcomes and establishing best practices in project management.

Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing technically complex projects. Fluency in both German and English is essential for clear and effective communication with our clients and internal teams.

About You

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Jira and a deep understanding of project management in complex technical environments.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication skills, and being comfortable setting boundaries, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with tact and confidence
  • Proactive Mindset: Adaptable, with a natural ability to bring clarity to evolving situations, navigate change, and make decisive moves
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of €120,000 per year
  • Additional health insurance coverage for EUR 900 per year
  • A monthly subsidy of 70 EUR to cover daily expenses
  • A permanent contract
  • 28 days off + 1 more day off for every year you stay with us (capped at 3)
