Job Title: Experienced System Safety Engineer
Job Summary:This role is responsible for ensuring the safe development, design, production, and support of Airbus products. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of system safety principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Lead and conduct system safety assessments, risk analyses, and safety requirement development.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, airworthiness authorities, and suppliers.
- Contribute to the development of safety procedures, limitations, and interface with other technical domains.
- Support the continuous improvement of analysis tool environments and processes.
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physical Science, or a related field.
- Several years of working experience in the safety environment or a similar area.
- Comprehensive system safety assessment experience, with safety tools/methods.
- Knowledge of aircraft systems, preferably for combat aircraft and system engineering processes.
- Remarkable problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced skills with MS Office.
This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities. Airbus supports personal growth with customized development solutions.
