Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying relevant leads and building customer relationships early in the funnel. Your primary goal will be to help us grow our base of happy customers and contribute to AUCTA's success as a company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and qualification
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies and channels to achieve optimal results
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales
  • Proficiency in German language and basic business proficiency in English
  • Proactive working style with a focus on tangible results
  • Highly motivated and engaged attitude
