At elopage, we're looking for a talented and experienced web designer/graphic designer to join our growth marketing team. With a passion for creating engaging digital experiences, you'll be responsible for designing and building high-performing interfaces to drive business growth.

As a web designer/graphic designer, you'll work closely with our content, product, and frontend development teams to deliver converting assets. Your toolset will include WordPress, Webflow, and Figma, and you'll be expected to maintain and optimize our current website for better user experience and higher conversion rates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and optimizing the current website for better user experience and higher conversion rates.
  • Designing and building new website pages by customizing and extending WordPress themes, using plugins to meet project requirements.
  • Ensuring responsive accessibility, optimal performance, and security, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs on WordPress.
  • Designing and developing high-converting landing pages with a tool of your choice, being an expert to assure tracking codes are set and third-party tools can be easily implemented.
  • Developing A/B testing strategies for your designs to boost conversions and analyzing performance metrics to adjust your work.
  • Familiarity with user journey mapping and the usage of evaluation tools to enrich your designs.
  • Designing visually appealing design work related to performance ads, social media content, event assets, and print designs.
  • Upholding design guidelines and enhancing our existing design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our online presence.

Requirements include:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in WordPress, ideally with Elementor.
  • Solid examples of your work for fintechs, SaaS, or other technological companies with a good understanding of Growth and Marketing.
  • Experience with Webflow or other landing page builders to set up fast campaign activities.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices, with knowledge of current design trends in web design.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to work independently in an agile and creative environment while enjoying collaborating with your colleagues.
  • Highly organized, with a successful track record of project delivery and a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless quality.

A great addition to your experience would be:

  • Strong knowledge of wireframing and prototyping in Figma.
  • Proficiency in using Webflow to create performing designs.
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
