Graphic Design Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated Graphic Design Intern to support our creative team at Slowness in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and designing print and digital materials, supporting the design of communications such as social media and newsletters, building and maintaining brand presentations, and assisting with the planning and execution of creative productions.
To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine interest in trends within the hospitality world and be able to identify with the principles and ethos of the Slowness vision. You will be working closely with our creative team to develop and implement design concepts that align with our brand's values and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities- Create and design print and digital materials, including brochures, posters, and social media graphics
- Support the design of communications such as social media and newsletters, including writing and editing content
- Build and maintain brand presentations, including updating and refining existing materials
- Assist with the planning and execution of creative productions, including events and photo shoots
- Support the development and implementation of design concepts, including brainstorming and research
- Internship must be a mandatory part of a bachelor or master program, majoring in Graphic or Communications Design
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote
- Some experience with Wordpress, Figma, and Webflow would be helpful
- Passion for photography and knowledge of creative community
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong creative and organizational skills
