Job OverviewAs a Compliance Officer Business Partnering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our business operations are conducted ethically and lawfully. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance programs, monitoring regulatory requirements, and providing guidance to colleagues on relevant laws and regulations.
The salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance strategies to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance;
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments to stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations;
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on compliance matters;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the organization;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, business, finance);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or a related field;
- Proven track record of successfully implementing compliance programs and initiatives;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
