KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and training of audiences, customer journeys, and campaigns for customer activation
  • Primary point of contact for inquiries related to the Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Monitoring data quality and deriving actionable recommendations
  • Defining processes and requirements for the CDP
  • Supporting highly personalized initiatives throughout the customer journey
  • Collaboration with various departments for data-driven decision-making

YOUR SKILLS

  • Successfully completed degree with an analytical focus
  • Practical experience in CRM, e-commerce, or performance marketing
  • Good understanding of web analytics and experience with tools such as Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and customer orientation
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and development opportunities in CRM and audience management
  • Technical affinity, data-driven mindset, and solution-oriented approach
  • Very good German and English language skills
