With over one million nights rented through our platform, we've welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
The RoleWe're seeking university students or recent graduates to join our team as International Operations Interns. As a key member of our Depot team in Berglern - Munich, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front-office and back-office activities, and contributing to the growth and development of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Sales: Handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, and provide information on campervan functionalities and terms.
- Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras, and maintain the fleet in top condition.
- Quality Control: Identify and address maintenance or repair needs, and support the team in monitoring the existing stock and coordinating the fleet.
- Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, a valid driver's license, and a work permit.
- Ability to thrive in international environments, connect with people, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to create solutions and get hands-on experience.
- Compensated internship, with the amount depending on location, country, and region.
- Online and on-the-job training to develop relevant skills, including guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, and team spirit.
- International opportunities and the possibility of integration into Indie Campers after the internship.
