About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at aventa Personalmanagement GmbH. As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounting and reporting functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial accounting and reporting functions, including financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management and the board of directors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g. CPA, CMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
