Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Vertriebsleiter für unsere Gastroenterologie-Abteilung. Als Vertriebsleiter wirst du für die Verkaufsziele der Abteilung verantwortlich sein und die Vertriebsstrategien umsetzen. Du wirst ein Team von Vertriebsmitarbeitern leiten und sie bei der Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategien unterstützen.
Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Verkaufsziele der Abteilung erreichen
- Vertriebsstrategien umsetzen
- Team von Vertriebsmitarbeitern leiten
- Mitarbeiter bei der Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategien unterstützen
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Führungsstärke
- Hohe Kundenorientierung
