International Sales Manager for Distributor Business Unit

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our Distributor Business Unit in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and margin performances in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and order processes for allocated territories and distributors
  • Define sales and marketing strategies at country level to support business development and ensure sales and profit target achievement
  • Partner with distributors on large tenders to increase winning probabilities
  • Manage distribution agreements and maintain funnel management to secure sales revenue and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key customers
  • Monitor sales performance and create monthly reporting regarding sales results and marketing activities in your region
  • Participate in congresses, exhibitions, and workshops
Requirements
  • University degree in business with strong medical/biology acumen or medical/biology degree with strong business acumen
  • Minimum 3 years international distributor business experience, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Experience in customer/distributor acquisition and development, as well as strong business acumen, team player with good communication skills and excellent negotiation skills
  • Fluent communication skills in English, German, or another European language
