Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our international subsidiaries in all important business management issues related to production, operation, and logistics. This will involve working closely with our international colleagues to prepare monthly reports, intra-year forecasts, and corporate planning on a strategic and operational level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting international subsidiaries in production, operation, and logistics
  • Preparing monthly reports, intra-year forecasts, and corporate planning
  • Sparring partner for international management level and local controlling team
  • Deriving recommendations for actions, commenting, and monitoring implementation and follow-up of measures
  • Creating cost transparency and ensuring reliable product costing
  • Executing ad-hoc analyses and benchmarks between international production sites
  • Implementing and following up on standardizations of controlling and reporting structures
Requirements
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on controlling
  • Professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial environment
  • Excellent skills in written and spoken English
  • Interest in production processes and cooperation in international teams
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of SAP modules FI/CO and Business Warehouse
  • Sound analytical skills, conceptual strength, and assertiveness
