Job Title: Production Controller

Join our team at Friedhelm Loh Group, a family-run business and global player, as a Production Controller. As a key member of our corporate services team, you will be responsible for supporting our international subsidiaries in all important business management issues related to production, operation, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly reports, intra-year forecasts, and corporate planning on a strategic and operational level in cooperation with international colleagues.
  • Sparring partner of the international management level (plant manager) and the local controlling team.
  • Independent derivation of recommendations for actions, commenting, and monitoring the implementation and follow-up of measures.
  • Creating cost transparency and ensuring reliable product costing for standard and actual costs, including variance analyses.
  • Execution of ad-hoc analyses and benchmarks between the international production sites.
  • Implementation and follow-up of standardizations of controlling and reporting structures.
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on controlling.
  • Professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial environment.
  • Excellent skills in written and spoken English.
  • Interest in production processes and cooperation in international teams as well as willingness to travel internationally.
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, knowledge of the SAP modules FI/CO and Business Warehouse.
  • Sound analytical skills, conceptual strength, and assertiveness.
  • Independent, committed, and responsible way of working.
