International Sales Director for Europe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for key international markets, driving growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage selected global distributors and retailers to unlock market potential in line with the brand guidelines, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Lead new partner selection, evaluation, and onboarding processes across existing and new territories, fostering strong relationships and driving business success.
  • Seek out and implement Cybex retail concepts in key cities, enhancing the brand's presence and customer experience.
  • Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial targets on a timely manner, providing actionable insights and driving business decisions.
  • Provide weekly business updates and monthly market and competitor intelligence reports to line managers, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives, driving business success and growth.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a university degree in Business Administration or a similar field, preferably with an MBA degree.
  • Work experience in the fashion and lifestyle or premium consumer goods industries, with a proven track record of successfully managing 3rd parties and developing international markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with fluency in English being mandatory and fluency in German being an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
