Als Graduate Area Manager bei Amazon Logistik Dortmund GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die Führung eines großen, diversen Teams und die Sicherstellung, dass dein Geschäftsbereich stets mit der Nachfrage Schritt hält. Du wirst dich mit den komplexen Betriebsabläufen eines globalen Unternehmens vertraut machen und lernen, was erforderlich ist, damit alles reibungslos abläuft.

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Förderung einer Kultur der Sicherheit und des Wohlbefindens
  • Analyse und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen, um beständig hohe Qualität und Produktivität sicherzustellen
  • Unterstützung und Führung eines Teams sowie Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben
  • Analyse der Leistung und Vorschläge für Prozessverbesserungen

Als Graduate Area Manager arbeitest du in unterschiedlichen Schichten an einem unserer Betriebsstandorte. Du wirst dich auf das Einhalten der Sicherheitsstandards durch dein Team und an deinem gesamten Standort konzentrieren. Außerdem wirst du die Prozesseffizienz überwachen und Prioritäten in deinem Arbeitsalltag setzen, wie das routinemäßige Teammanagement und tägliche Betriebsaktivitäten.

Unser Team

Das Customer Fulfillment Team ist das Herzstück von Amazons dynamischem Betriebsnetz. Wir arbeiten in Fulfillment-Centern, die die erste Meile (First Mile) bilden, wo die meisten Amazon-Pakete ihren Versandweg starten. Wir unterstützen die Verwaltung eines dynamischen Bestands und ermöglichen schnelle Zustellungen rund um die Uhr.

Basisqualifikationen
  • Bachelor-Abschluss oder kurz vor Abschluss eines Bachelor-Studiengangs
  • Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Relevante Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Datenanalysen
Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Erfahrung in einer Logistikumgebung
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
