Crew Training Administration Officer

The Crew Training Administration Officer will be responsible for organizing the Pilot selection process in cooperation with the Crew Training Manager. This includes ensuring, checking, and updating all Crew Training records in the Crew Training Database. Additionally, the officer will support and forward the required information to Crew Planning for future training planning.
The officer will also supervise all Computer Based Training related courses/tests in close cooperation with the Crew Training Manager. Furthermore, they will ensure all personal data of crew members in the Crew Training Database and prepare and coordinate training facilities.
The officer will be responsible for all administrative tasks for crew members in close cooperation with all concerned departments according to internal rules in force. They will also be the backup of the Senior Crew Training Administration Officer.
Required ProfileThe ideal candidate should be a holder of a "Bac" or equivalent and/or proven experience in the area of activity. They should show strong office management skills, be a team player, and be familiar with standard office applications.
The candidate should also demonstrate excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written). They should be well-organized and self-initiative, demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company, and maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties.
The candidate should also show the ability to adapt to evolving working environments and have user skills in the tools used in Flight Operations, Human Resources, and Finance. Having a first experience in Flight Operations is considered an asset, and knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is also considered an asset.
