Crew Training Administration Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Crew Training team at Luxair. As a Crew Training Administration Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs, including organizing the pilot selection process, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating training facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize the pilot selection process in cooperation with the Crew Training Manager
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the Crew Training Database
- Support and forward required information to Crew Planning for future training planning
- Supervise Computer-Based Training related courses and tests in close cooperation with the Crew Training Manager
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of crew members' personal data
- Prepare and coordinate training facilities
- Edit trip passes
- Perform administrative tasks for crew members in close cooperation with concerned departments
- Act as a backup for the Senior Crew Training Administration Officer
Requirements:
- Hold a 'Bac' or equivalent qualification and/or proven experience in the field
- Demonstrate strong office management skills
- Show a team player attitude
- Be familiar with standard office applications
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)
Desirable Criteria:
- Be well-organized and self-initiative
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both within and outside the company
- Maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties
- Show adaptability to evolving working environments
- Display user skills in tools used in Flight Operations, Human Resources, and Finance
The Ideal Candidate:
- Have prior experience in Flight Operations
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish or any other language is considered an asset
