Senior Photolithography Process Leader

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our portfolio company, Project A Ventures, as a Senior Photolithography Process Leader. This exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your expertise in photolithography engineering and lead the development of innovative solutions for cutting-edge microchips.
In this role, you will be responsible for finalising the selection of photolithography-related equipment, including negotiating and approving acceptance test protocols with vendors. Additionally, you will hire and manage a high-performing team of Process Engineers and Equipment Engineers to support the photolithography area. Establishing procurement relationships with consumable vendors and coordinating preparation activities for a smooth pilot line launch will also be key aspects of this position.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of direct experience in photolithography engineering roles within a semiconductor 200mm or 300mm fab, or at a lithography OEM. A PhD, MSc, or BSc in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field, with significant industrial experience for BSc holders, is required. Hands-on experience with track-linked DUV scanners or standalone coat/develop systems, along with working knowledge of FMEA, SPC, DOE, and statistically supported hypothesis testing, are essential qualifications for this role.
