Customer Experience Manager & Quality Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager & Quality Champion to join our team at the Munich Marriott City West. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our high standards of quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead the Quality Team to ensure that our hotel meets the highest standards of quality and service
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to identify and address areas for improvement
  • Conduct daily safety tours and document safety-relevant points
  • Communicate with guests, respond to complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in customer service, quality management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Work permit for the EU/Germany
