Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
As a Senior Payments Manager at Omio, you will be responsible for leading the roadmap and strategy for our Payments team. This includes driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction (NPS), employee engagement (ESS), and investor value (cost). You will also be responsible for day-to-day coaching of the Payments team, including direct line management, and leading specific projects and initiatives as directed by management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support service provider relationships and negotiations
  • Coordinate and lead regular Business Review meetings with service providers
  • Translate data analytics and reports into insights and recommendations to optimize customer experience
  • Perform reconciliation of payments, settlements, and payouts
  • Produce regular written reports, presentations, intelligence, and insights on payments-related trends

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant payments job functions
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Payments/Fraud/Checkout with trends and regulations
  • Data-savvy skills, including experience in data querying and analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
