Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at Schnellecke, a leading global automotive logistics provider. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
