Your Role: Procurement Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain by managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and optimizing product assortments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Define and refine product offerings based on market trends and customer demand.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Negotiate competitive pricing agreements with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high quality standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement measures to ensure timely delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product diversification and growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in procurement within a retail or similar environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in German and English.
