We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Jawoll - J.A. Handels GmbH. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for defining and optimizing our standard and promotional product ranges, taking into account their life cycles for the product groups based on a coordinated product analysis and strategy.

You will conduct continuous market analyses to check trends and new products, and be responsible for setting prices, calculating costs, and negotiating with suppliers. You will also be responsible for selecting and searching for national and international suppliers, ensuring the timely and quality availability of goods in the procurement process.

Additionally, you will be responsible for setting and evaluating promotional articles, controlling inventory and sales, including promotional success control, and evaluating economic key figures for the responsible product groups and deriving appropriate measures.

You will also be responsible for reviewing offers and evaluating sales.

• You have a proven track record in procurement or a related field.
• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field, or have completed a recognized apprenticeship in a related field.
• You have a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and strong team and communication skills.
• You are proficient in MS Office and have excellent language skills in German and English.
