Digital Communications Strategist for Global Procurement

We are seeking a skilled Digital Communications Strategist to join our team at I. K. Hofmann in Erlangen, Germany.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to support the Transformation & Change Management department in promoting awareness, communication, and engagement within the Procurement community.
- Develop and implement effective digital communication formats to drive employee motivation and inspiration.
- Create engaging written and visual messaging to promote best practices and increase adoption.
- Support global transformational change initiatives across the Procurement organization by driving internal communications.
- Work closely with other departments and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Measure and analyze performance analytics to continuously improve communications efforts.
You will have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, minimum 3 years of professional experience, and excellent organization and communication skills. You will also possess exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
