Senior Technical Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Avaloq. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements and processes, evaluating possible scenarios, and recommending best business and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Technical Solutions: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet business needs, utilizing expertise in Avaloq and other relevant technologies.
- Client Management: Manage client interactions during testing phases, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication of project status.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers to implement and test new functionalities, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and project documents to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Expertise: Proven track record of working in a similar role, demonstrating strong programming and software testing skills.
- Client Orientation: Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, and a strong ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
- Autonomy and Structured Approach: Ability to work independently, with a structured approach to tasks and projects.
- Continuous Learning: Eager to learn and take on new challenges, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
- Prior Payments Experience: Experience working with payments systems and technologies.
- Finance Industry Exposure: Familiarity with the finance industry and its regulatory requirements.
- Prior Programming Experience: Experience with programming languages and software development methodologies.
- Relevant Education: University or FH degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with an affinity for banking and economics.
