Product Manager at a Venture Capital-Backed Green Technology Startup

About Our Company:
We are a venture capital-backed startup specializing in the green technology industry, aiming to combat climate change by optimizing heating systems in residential buildings. Our goal is to reduce emissions and energy consumption through digitalization and automation.
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to collaborate closely with our Chief Product Officer (CPO) in bringing our vision to life. You will play a crucial role in building our product function, developing customer-centric solutions, and transforming buildings into eco-friendly assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CPO to set strategic goals, develop product roadmaps, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establish and lead a customer-centric product management department.
- Lead product teams and engage stakeholders in creating innovative solutions.
- Plan and execute product development across teams to achieve our vision.
- Validate new product ideas and ensure market success.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritization abilities and confident decision-making.
- Hands-on approach in product development.
- Data proficiency and agile product development experience.
- Fluency in English (at least C1 level).
