Your Mission

As a Founders Associate at SureIn, you will play a pivotal role in driving the future success of a VC-backed startup supported by two of the top venture-capital investors in the world: Sequoia and Atlantic Labs. You will be responsible for tackling strategically significant initiatives within our dynamic entrepreneurial environment, reporting directly to our founders and serving as a key strategic collaborator and sparring partner.

Your Profile
  • Experience of working in challenging environments - ideally in a fast-paced company - in a strategic role.
  • Completed studies in business management, business administration, economics, or comparable.
  • You are a do-er, an entrepreneur and you want to take responsibility in a high-paced environment.
  • You have strong analytical skills paired with a hands-on mindset.
  • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, focus on what's important and think independently about what's next.
  • Excellency in using MS Office or G-Suite, specifically in Excel and Power Point.
  • Fluency in German and English.
