About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PLM Project Manager to join our team. As a PLM Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects in the industrial machinery and heavy equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the implementation and development of PLM and MOM systems
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Coordinate and manage project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure the successful implementation of PLM and MOM solutions, taking into account the customer's IT landscape and business processes
  • Collaborate with the support and product development teams to resolve technical issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Monitor and report on project progress and costs, providing regular updates to project and team leaders
  • Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge databases to support the growth and development of our team
  • Support sales and service colleagues in identifying new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration
  • Proven experience in PLM and MOM project management, with a strong understanding of business processes and IT systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
