About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our Vendor Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our vendors, ensuring their success on our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support on post-sales issues to vendors currently live on our marketplace
  • Continuously improve and document our processes while learning
  • Support monitoring the delivery performance of vendors already live in our marketplace
  • Serve as the first point of contact for vendor service escalations from our Customer Service department

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a university course
  • Availability to work 16-20 hours a week
  • Ideal first working experiences, even in a different setting
  • Structured and organized way of working, conscientious and reliable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Fluent/Native level communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Any additional European languages beneficial
