Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Webshop Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Webshop Team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and supporting our internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact person for customer service teams and internal key stakeholders for all inquiries regarding processing orders from the web shop
- Second-level support in handling order errors in the payment process or in processing orders in SAP
- Editing and maintaining landing pages, editorial- and product content in the webshop frontend via the webshop CMS
- Performing various data analyses, based amongst others on data from Google Analytics and SAP BW
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- You have good data and analytical skills as well as organizational talent
- You ideally already gained initial work experience (in form of an internship or a working student position)
- You are familiar with current trends in digital marketing
- You can speak English fluently, German language skills are desirable
- You have good knowledge in MS office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), ideally first experiences with Google Analytics
