Job Summary
We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Kiel. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers find the right products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering product recommendations to customers.
- Help customers find the right products, using your knowledge of our products and services.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of sports and fitness products is an asset.
- Fluency in German is required.
