About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
