IT Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Office Manager to join our team at Hapag-Lloyd AG. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for driving technological and organizational transformation across the global IT organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support initiatives led by the Head of IT Office to drive technological and organizational transformation
- Assist the Head of IT Office in preparing board packages for the Hapag-Lloyd IT boards
- Collaborate with IT departments and central controlling to support the annual budget submission
- Assist with monthly performance management cycles for financials and strategy progression
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Head of IT as needed
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with the IT department's Senior Leadership
- Lead or support strategic IT Projects
- Manage communication and stakeholder engagement across the entire Hapag-Lloyd organization
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics or a related field
- Experience in Logistics, IT or technology-driven environment
- Can-do mentality
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Understanding of project management principles and tools
- Financial literacy and Excel experience
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Experience of working in large and international organizations
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English, German is a benefit
