About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Nurse/Assistant to join our team at Tierarzt Plus GmbH. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in consultation hours and operating room procedures, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients with a smile and handling appointment requests with confidence.
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing clear and professional advice on animal care and health.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our pharmacy, handling tasks with confidence and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Recent training or 3+ years of experience in veterinary nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in laboratory procedures, including sample preparation and diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in using veterinary software, such as EasyVet or Animana, or willingness to learn.
  • Assistance in simple and complex surgeries, including neutering procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a down-to-earth attitude and respectful treatment of people and animals.
  • German B1 level certificate or equivalent.
