Key Responsibilities- Assist in consultation hours and operating room procedures, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients with a smile and handling appointment requests with confidence.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing clear and professional advice on animal care and health.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, helping where needed to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.
- Manage pharmacy operations with confidence and attention to detail.
- Recent training or 3+ years of professional experience in veterinary nursing or a related field.
- Experience in sample preparation, diagnostics, and laboratory procedures.
- Proficiency in using veterinary software, with training provided for EasyVet/Vetera/Animana.
- Assistance in simple and complex surgeries, including neutering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a down-to-earth attitude and respectful treatment of people and animals.
- German B1 level certificate or equivalent.
- Unlimited employment contracts and a minimum of 24 vacation days.
