Data Privacy Manager

At HCLTech, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Manager to join our Global Privacy Office. This role will be responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with all privacy/data protection laws and regulations across our client delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations
- Monitor developments in the local legal landscape
- Identify actionable items for the Global Privacy Office and client delivery team
- Formulate engagement-specific privacy policies and procedures
- Manage communications and interactions with local Data Protection Authorities
- Own and manage all privacy projects at strategic and tactical levels
- Lead and manage strategic discussions with client teams
- Implement client's and HCL's privacy program
- Conduct Privacy Risk Assessments and ensure client's PIA/DPIA schedule is adhered
- Support Business Assurance team in implementation and testing of corporate privacy baseline controls
- Manage all types of privacy inquiries and requests
- Minimum 12+ years of corporate experience, with 8-10 years directly related to data protection/data privacy
- Excellent understanding of data protection fundamentals and regulatory frameworks
- Graduation in an advanced discipline, such as Law, Economics, Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, B.Tech./B.E./BCA
- CIPP/E certification is mandatory
