About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our team at Avantgarde Experts. As a key member of our marketing and communications department, you will be responsible for planning and executing events that align with our company's overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event concepts that meet the company's objectives and guidelines
  • Collaborate with senior team members to create event briefings and ensure successful event execution
  • Manage event logistics, including budgeting, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure event success
  • Oversee event budgeting and financial management throughout the event process
  • Establish and track performance metrics to measure event success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Professional experience in business-to-business, business-to-consumer, enterprise technology, digital, or experiential/event marketing
  • Proven experience with virtual event platforms (Microsoft Teams, Event Builder, LinkedIn Live)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in maintaining and building business relationships
  • Experience in the technology and/or advertising industry, as well as in broadcasting, is an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
