About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events, conferences, and banquets at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event setup, implementation, and teardown to ensure seamless execution
  • Work closely with the banquet team to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, technical equipment, and catering
  • Maintain a clean and organized meeting area
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues
  • Proactively anticipate and address guest needs

Requirements

  • Completion of hotel industry training or relevant experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on attention to detail
