Your Role and Responsibilities:

As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading our sales team, and expanding our global market presence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to continue our strong ARR growth.
  • Establishing a high-performing sales team, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Setting up a second management layer by hiring and developing team leaders within the sales organization.
  • Setting performance metrics for the sales team and tracking progress.
  • Overseeing sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.
  • Leading high-level negotiations with key customers to ensure the closing of major deals.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for an enterprise B2B SaaS product.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and think strategically.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Business fluent English and German, with fluency in Spanish or French a plus.
  • An academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
