Your Role and Responsibilities:As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading our sales team, and expanding our global market presence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to continue our strong ARR growth.
- Establishing a high-performing sales team, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching.
- Setting up a second management layer by hiring and developing team leaders within the sales organization.
- Setting performance metrics for the sales team and tracking progress.
- Overseeing sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.
- Leading high-level negotiations with key customers to ensure the closing of major deals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for an enterprise B2B SaaS product.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and think strategically.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Business fluent English and German, with fluency in Spanish or French a plus.
- An academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Drive change with a product used by the world's leading brands and online stores.
- Work directly with the leadership team and have quick decision-making paths.
