Overview of the Role

As a pivotal member of the REWE Lieferservice, you will play a key role in shaping the future of online grocery delivery. The online retail sector is experiencing significant growth, particularly in the food industry, and your expertise will help us make a substantial impact.

Position: Logistics Site Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of various department heads in functions such as receiving, processing, and dispatching goods.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers while collaborating with HR and other internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
  • Lead and mentor your team, assess performance metrics, and streamline operational processes.
  • Employ your communication skills to inspire and positively influence your team members.

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training with a specialization in logistics is preferred.
  • Several years of experience in a similar leadership position.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and strong IT capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license class B or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, adaptability, and proactive approach.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
