About the Role

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership, strategy, and accountability for the efficiency, quality, and operational performance of our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive site growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company quality framework, legislation, guidelines, and international standards
  • Manage performance proactively in line with company policy
  • Client customer Service & satisfaction - Drive achievement of Synexus and Sponsor quality objectives ensuring effective and efficient standard methodology processes, procedures and documentation to aid delivery and meet customer requirements
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a team in a commercially focussed, operational environment
  • A proven track record of leading, engaging and developing cross functional teams
  • Ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple projects and improvements through organisational change/team engagement
