Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the receipt, inspection, and storage of investigational medicinal products at designated locations, adhering to strict temperature requirements and specifications.
- Accurately record and manage incoming goods in the ERP system, labeling pallets as necessary.
- Coordinate timely shipments of clinical materials to trial sites, including logistical planning and scheduling, and prepare shipping documents nationally and internationally.
- Arrange urgent consignments and special handling for investigational medicinal products with premium couriers.
- Investigate and isolate quality problems, collaborating with Quality Assurance to identify corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation to support material management responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Initial work experience in warehouse/logistics/quality control, with career changers welcome.
- Pharmaceutical packaging/labelling experience, preferably in clinical care, is an advantage.
- Precision and attention to detail in packaging operations and documentation.
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate reliability.
- Good knowledge of English for reading, understanding, and editing documents; German is an added plus.
- Motivation and willingness to learn.
- Confident handling of PC, MS Office, and ERP systems.
