Main Responsibilities:
- Receipt, inspection, and secure storage of investigational medicinal products at designated locations, adhering to strict temperature requirements and specifications.
- Accurate recording and system-related stock management of incoming goods in the ERP system, including pallet labeling.
- Coordinate timely shipments of clinical materials to trial sites, including logistical planning and scheduling, as well as preparation of shipping documents nationally and internationally.
- Arrange urgent consignments and special handling, such as investigational medicinal products, with premium couriers.
- Investigate and isolate any material or product with quality issues until Quality Assurance can identify corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation to support all material management responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Initial work experience in the warehouse/logistics/quality control sector, with career changers also welcome.
- Experience in pharmaceutical packaging/labelling, preferably in clinical care, is an advantage.
- Precision and high attention to detail in packaging operations and documentation.
- Ability to work in a team and reliability.
- Good knowledge of English is desirable for reading, understanding, and editing documents; German is an added plus.
- Motivation and willingness to learn.
- Confident handling of PC, MS Office, and ERP systems.
