Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store investigational medicinal products at designated locations, adhering to strict temperature requirements and specifications.
  • Record and manage incoming goods in the ERP system, labeling pallets accurately.
  • Coordinate timely shipments of clinical materials to trial sites, planning logistics and scheduling receipt at destination, including preparation of shipping documents nationally and internationally.
  • Arrange urgent consignments and special handling, such as investigational medicinal products, with premium couriers.
  • Investigate and isolate quality problems, working with Quality Assurance to identify corrective actions.
  • Document all material management responsibilities properly.

Requirements:

  • Initial work experience in warehouse/logistics/quality control, with career changers welcome.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical packaging/labelling, preferably in clinical care, is an advantage.
  • Precision and attention to detail in packaging operations and documentation.
  • Ability to work in a team and be reliable.
  • Good knowledge of English is desirable for reading, understanding, and editing documents; German is an added plus.
  • Motivation and willingness to learn.
  • Confident handling of PC, MS Office, and ERP systems.
