Associate Director – Strategy Germany

Longevity Partners B.V. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director – Strategy Germany to join our team in Munich.
About the RoleWe are looking for a senior professional to lead our strategy teams in Germany, managing project completion, quality control, deliverables, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ESG reporting, with experience in managing large client accounts and developing business cases.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop the strategy teams in Germany, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting profitability targets.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members, focusing on innovation and improvement in reporting standards.
- Collaborate with the CEO, Country Managers, and senior team members to contribute to the success of the business.
- Create thought leadership elements for communication, enhancing client offerings and maintaining the team's position at the forefront of emerging thinking.
- Operate as a senior project manager, managing high-profile client accounts and participating in assignments related to sectoral issues, extra-financial performance, and ESG approaches.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Experience in ESG reporting at corporate and fund level, including GRESB and other industry standard ESG reporting platforms and frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret data to inform effective decision-making.
- Excellent relationship-management skills and proven project management experience.
