Join Our Team as a Marketing Director in Germany

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, building and maintaining our brand, and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute our marketing strategy for Germany, aligned with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage our marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Manage and measure the ROI and KPIs of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain our brand identity and messaging in Germany
  • Oversee social media accounts and online presence in Germany
  • Work with our London HQ team to ensure global consistency and alignment
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Several years of experience in fast-growing, consumer-focused businesses
  • In-depth knowledge of mass sales in the residential market
  • Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to propose innovative and creative ideas
